Project Description
I am involved in fundraising for the Elder LifeCare Foundation which has developed an alternative living solution that will significantly change the way we age by increasing quality of life for elders.

This year our Foundation begins raising funds to implement the first quality of life community in the town of Branson, Missouri. I am contacting you on behalf of Elder LifeCare Foundation and the fund raising team to request your support in the form of a tax-deductible donation.

Background
For many of us, aging in America has become a sad and painful experience. Inevitably, aging will reduce our level of independence while increasing our dependency and need for support. And each burden, whether healthcare, housing or just basic everyday help will place a heavy demand on our finances and cause stress.
.
For those who can afford to pay the price, the institutional option of long term care is increasingly available. More often than not, the choice to enter an arrangement with institutional living cost a lifetime of savings and can force us to sell our homes and other assets just to reserve a space. Besides financial limitations, the institutional promise of care brings many unknown perils. Minimum wage caregivers carry heavy social burdens and are frequently unmotivated and unsuited to the tasks of quality care. Our financial decision to enter long-term care becomes an inescapable final solution, trapping us into circumstances beyond our control. Industry wide, reports of abuse, neglect, absenteeism and turnover are commonplace.

Too late, we realize that our choice of long-term care can be perilous and frightening. The deck is stacked against us. In fact, institutional living has placed one at risk group in care of another at risk group. And, there is no turning back.

Solution
Elder LifeCare Foundation was founded to provide a solution to secure quality of life for every person faced with the dilemmas of aging. Along with restoring our dignity and respect the foundation’s objective is to ensure that our final years are truly “Golden Years”.

The method is simple. Through a proprietary funding approach exclusively licensed to the foundation, Elder LifeCare are is able to provide lifetime housing as a grant benefit to elders. No payment is expected for this lifetime benefit. This lifetime grant will include housing, healthcare, social services, and other support services that will enable elders to live in harmony with like-minded friends, remain close to relatives, and enjoy the freedom and power of remaining in control of their lives.

The Foundation’s grant will enable each elder to have access to a quality home in an exclusive elder neighborhood designed and built by an experienced team that includes architects, contractors and professionals in the area of aging studies.

Residents of the eldercare neighborhoods make their own decisions and as such they maintain power and control. Since there are no closing costs and no mortgages to face, cash from the sale of a present home remains the property of the resident allowing for more choice and financial opportunities. Life Tenancy Rights are absolute, without interference, and are subject to standards set by the residents themselves.

Residents enjoy all the benefits of home ownership without the burden or costs of maintenance. Interior maintenance and amenities are included. In addition, residents will have full access to a professional building and will hire a dedicated physician fully paid under the grant to provide health and restorative services in a convenient manner. Residents are encouraged to be “captains of their own ships”.

Financial independence is strengthened by the profitable sale of existing homes and elimination of costs of home maintenance. New cars, a trip, dining out, a boat, or even owning another home become affordable possibilities entirely under their control. And, through a unique proprietary funding solution available only to Elder LifeCare Foundation, there is no financial demand made on participants in this grant program.

Elder LifeCare Foundation has dedicated many years to developing the solution. Implementing the solution will require capital contributions that will be used in proprietary investment programs with committed fortune 500 financial partners aimed to create a continuous stream of funding with the capacity to make each elder community fully self-sustaining. In fact, the Foundation’s economic method offers a fully capital driven solution that does not rely on any government funding or entitlements.

First Project
The first community will be developed, built and demonstrated in Branson Missouri. To get started, the Foundation needs your help. America desperately needs an alternative to the long-term care option that robs elders of their dignity, respect and self-control. I am asking you to help us ensure a better quality of life for elders where they can remain “captains of their own ship”.

Donation Request
Our first community project of 30 homes requires significant capital. We need your financial support and ask for your help by giving a tax-deductible donation to the Elder LifeCare Foundation. We have worked very hard to develop an alternative solution to long-term care and hope that we can count on you for a generous donation of $100 or more. However, please note that any donation amount is always welcomed.
